Westfield World Trade Centre in the Oculus, New York City.
Launched at Sotheby’s, New York in 2018, this annual exhibition was held this year at The Oculus, Westfield World Trade Centre. Right next to Ground Zero, the exterior of the building is in the form of a dove and the interior is bustling with commuters, shoppers and visitors. My exhibition piece was a painting of New Jersey model (and medical student) Mobola O, who has vowed to visit the exhibition herself. Another painting I submitted from my Embracing Uniqueness series was chosen by Sotheby’s, New York to be featured on their World Earth Day Instagram story.
